Approx./estimated duration times are shown for properties with up to 3 bedrooms. Larger properties may require up to 1.5 to 2 times longer.

Note: Properties with more than 3 bedrooms will incur an incremental additional charge which is displayed when selecting "No. Bedrooms" and the total cost is updated in real time on this booking form.

Services will take up either two or three of the above 45-minute time 'slots', depending on the estimated duration, as each job has an "invisible" 30-minute buffer added at the end of the estimated service duration to allow the photographer / floorplanner to get to their next appointment.

Check that there are enough consecutive 45-minute listed times available to accommodate the service selected plus a 30-minute buffer, otherwise you will see a warning when you try to submit the form.
