Images are shot in RAW format, retaining a high level of image detail to allow us to get the very best out of them when editing or post-processing, for which we mostly use Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop. Final images are output in high resolution JPEG format, or any other format requested, and are made available via a download link.
FREE “blue-sky replacements” to external shots on overcast days. FREE small/simple “object removal”, such as wheely bin or other agent’s board. More complicated object removals or edits may be subject to an extra charge for which we would quote in advance.
High quality and immersive photography shot on full-frame Sony digital cameras with super-wide-angle Sony-Zeiss lenses to produce superb, true to life colour and sharpness.
Fast turnaround with most jobs completed by next working day or 48 hours at the most, subject to quick client response. Choose your images from an online “Selection Gallery” or leave it to us to select if you prefer.
We can provide a diverse style to suit all needs including regular interior and exterior shots, lifestyle shots, area/location shots, local places of interest shots and activity shots (for care homes). For external shots, we can also provide raised pole shots to give an elevated view or aerial drone photography/videography.

PROFESSIONAL, HIGH QUALITY FLOOR PLANS
Floor plan service available with special low rates when booked and carried out in conjunction with a photography job. Floor plan measurements are accurate to within RICS guidelines.

PAN & ZOOM MOTION VIDEO
Very affordable when carried out with a photography booking. Great for Social Media, Websites, Property Portals, etc. Make your listings stand out with a 90-120 second “bite-sized” motion video created from still images, using a pan and zoom editing technique to give a sense of movement around the rooms and outside.
Includes company branding, intro and end titles, optional light instrumental music and an optional company watermark logo to all scenes if desired.
