We provide bespoke, interior and exterior photography to bring out the best in your properties and to help raise and showcase your company profile and image branding, resulting in more enquiries, more instructions, more viewings and ultimately, more sales and lettings!

We offer two service levels – STANDARD and PREMIUM. Both provide high quality imagery but “Premium” includes  the “Flambient” photography technique where several shots of a scene or room are taken, some with flash and some without (using ambient light), and the results are combined in post-processing to produce a much more even and balanced looking image with more accurate colours and lighting. This technique is applied to the majority of internal shots for the Premium service.

The Premium service also includes “Window pulls” where applicable and this technique entails separate shots to windows or patio doors (where there is a scenic or decent external view/aspect) and then blended/combined with the main room shots in post-processing to ensure they outside is exposed correctly with good, accurate colours and without that nasty “blown-out”, over exposed whiteish look with glare.

Furthermore, we provide “Blue-sky replacements”  and “Small/simple object removal” within the Premium service. “Blue-sky replacements” are applied to external shots of a property where the original sky was overcast and “Small/simple object removal” is applied to unwanted objects such as unsightly wheely bins or other agents’ “for sale” signs.
