1. THE SERVICE

We (Steve Barron Photography) provide two service levels for Photo Editing & Retouching: “Standard” and “Enhanced”.

The minimum quantity for any order is 10 photos/images and these can be combined/mixed between “Standard” and “Enhanced”.

2. TURNAROUND TIME

Two-working day turnaround for the “Standard” service is from the date photos/images are received by Steve Barron Photography from the customer before 5pm following payment. Working days applies to the working week Monday to Friday and excludes weekends, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays. Turnaround time is not guaranteed but every endeavour is made to try to ensure the edited photos/images are ready for download within two working days as long as uploaded images are received before 5pm following payment.

Next working day turnaround for the “Enhanced” service applies only where photos/images are received by Steve Barron Photography from the customer before 12 noon following payment. Working days applies to the working week Monday to Friday and excludes weekends, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays. Turnaround time is not guaranteed but every endeavour is made to try to ensure the edited photos/images are ready for download the next working day as long as uploaded images are received before 12pm (noon) following payment.

3. EDITING CONTROL

Editing is carried out on 100% SRGB calibrated monitors at 120cd and the final output images are in JPEG (or JPG) to SRGB colour standard/format.

SRGB is the defined standard for images displayed on the Internet. Things such as colour, shadows, contrast, saturation, brightness, etc. will likely vary or differ between monitors and to the accurate edited image when viewed by the end user unless viewed on a properly calibrated srgb monitor at 120cd.

4. FEES

The fees are as set out and displayed on our website and on the order form/page at time of placing order. In case of any discrepancy between prices shown on different areas of the website or elsewhere, the price deemed to be the correct price will be those displayed on the order form/page at time of ordering.

5. CANCELLATION

The contract for any job is valid as soon as the order/payment is submitted. Cancellations are only permitted if Steve Barron Photography is informed by email (edit@stevebarronphotography.com) or telephone (07486 870706) within 1 hour (60 minutes) from when the order/payment was submitted and in such instance any refund is subject to a £4.95 administration charge which will be deducted from any refund due. In any other circumstance cancellation of a job by the customer is not permitted or accepted once payment has been made and no refund will be applicable. If Steve Barron Photography is unable to fulfil the contract or complete the job then a full or partial refund at the discretion of Steve Barron Photography will be made to the customer or alternatively the customer can accept a credit to be offset or used against the next or future job(s).
