High quality and immersive photography shot on full-frame Sony digital cameras with super-wide-angle Sony-Zeiss lenses to produce superb, true to life colour and sharpness.
FREE “blue-sky replacements” to external shots on overcast days. FREE small/simple “object removal”, such as wheely bin or other agent’s board. More complicated object removals or edits may be subject to an extra charge for which we would quote in advance.
Images are shot in RAW format, retaining a high level of image detail to allow us to get the very best out of them when editing or post-processing, for which we mostly use Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop. Final images are output in high resolution JPEG format, or any other format requested, and are made available via a download link.
Fast turnaround with most jobs completed by next working day or 48 hours at the most, subject to quick client response. Choose your images from an online “Selection Gallery” or leave it to us to select if you prefer.
We can provide a diverse style to suit all needs including regular interior and exterior shots, lifestyle shots, area/location shots, local places of interest shots and activity shots (for care homes). For external shots, we can also provide raised pole shots to give an elevated view or aerial drone photography/videography.

WE OFFER “PAN & ZOOM” OR “WALK-THROUGH” VIDEOS
What’s the difference?
A “Walk-through” video is as the name suggests. We take a live video recording as we walk through and around the property – no sound is recorded as we will add some light instrumental music in post-processing.
A “Pan & Zoom” video is produced in software from still photographs of the property. The still images are brought to life with movement as if the camera were moving in either a panning motion or a slow zooming motion. The finished product is a highly effective and very professional HD video.
Whichever video type you opt for…
Both work really well and for maximum impact we advise to keep these videos short and sweet so we try to shoot and edit them to be between approx. 75 seconds and 2 minutes long. If it is a particularly large property it may be suitable to extend the running time a little. Short videos work best for social media, your website, Rightmove/Zoopla, etc.
Back in the office, we edit the videos and will add some light instrumental music, titles and can also add your company logo as a watermark. We sometimes speed up the “Walk-through” video to prevent it from running too long.
